About Randall
Randall Childress began his career as a financial advisor in 1991, opening a branch office in Tyler, Texas. He continues to serve that community today.
Over the years, Childress has volunteered in a number of roles, serving as a performance leader, growth leader, training mentor, Level 5 specialist, and visiting veteran. In addition, as his business has grown, he has brought in four new financial advisors to help him better serve clients at Childress Wealth Management.
Childress has been invited to attend 26 consecutive annual Managing Partner’s Conferences, an honor reserved for the top 400 of his firm’s more than 20,000 financial advisors. *He also serves on the Top 25 Focus Group reserved for the top 25 advisors in the firm.
In 2009, Childress was asked to serve as a regional leader for an area covering east Texas. In this role, he supports and guides more than 78 financial advisors and serves as a liaison between them and the firm’s headquarters.
Childress holds the Certified Financial Planner ®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor ®, and Accredited Asset Management Specialist ® professional designations and is very active in his community.
He is married to Darla with 2 boys, Kyle and Grant, ages 33 & 30. Each of them has now joined his wealth management team.
